Hard to say! I suspect not much on scale, not immediately at least. But maybe eventually: the transition from few to many people working remotely suggests that large-scale shifts of that kind are possible. I think there'll be a significant pushback, though, and that it would probably take a shake-up similar to the pandemic to upend some of those norms in a way that would allow a different way of doing things to stick.
