Uninterrupted Work
I love engaging with things I never would have sought out myself, so randomized playlists and curated selections of things are very much my jam. The Sample sends you a different newsletter each day so you can taste-test a bunch and subscribe to the ones you like.

Uninterrupted Work
I like how this piece (link below) explains and illustrates the value of uninterrupted time; something I've long cherished, but haven't always been able to explain to other people who prefer more social settings (with constant interruptions) while they work.
There's a cognitive cost every time we task-switch, and folks who believe they can multitask without cost, can't: they're just accustomed to being distracted and thus don't really know what they might be capable of if left unharassed (or undistracted by appealing, interesting things and conversations) for decent chunks of time.
None of which is pleasant to hear if one's work (or reading, or hobby) space or culture isn't conducive to focusing in this way.
But if there is a means of shifting from distracted, interruptive work to something more flow-inducing, it's worth experimenting with that mode to see what you're able to do when fully engaged and not left in a near-constant state of partial distraction.
