The Right Exercise for Your Age
I generally feel pretty good health-wise, all things considered.
But I’m aware this won’t always be the case, and that the variables influencing my “sense of general well-being” will change over time—that’s just how biology works (with today’s understanding of our bodies, at least).
So despite feeling pretty good and having what seems like a solid portfolio of routines and habits sustaining that feeling, my ambition is to integrate more future-me-centric considerations into my life before I need them: building the foundations of a healthy, happy lifestyle, biology, etc, so I don’t wait until I start feeling horrible to act (at which point, I suspect, scrambling to make these changes will be more cumbersome, painful, and maybe even physically and cognitively expensive).
Here’s a solid (if basic) resource that covers some general things that may be worth paying attention to at different age-ranges: https://getpocket.com/explore/item/keeping-fit-how-to-do-the-right-exercise-for-your-age
