Simple Exercise
I tend to believe (for research-backed and anecdotal reasons) that exercise is fundamental to one's body operating properly—including one's brain.
"Exercise" will mean different things for different people, and the type, quantity, cadence, and everything else will likewise differ.
That said, it's always nice to see new research backing up this assertion, especially when that research suggests even simple, small bits of exercise can work wonders for our minds and bodies.
