Lunch Rush
This is a five-minute video of someone working at a McDonald's during the lunch rush, and it's interesting enough (I've never worked in fast food, though I did wait tables for a spell while in college) that I'd be keen to see five-minute body-cam snippets from other jobs, too.
That seems like the makings of a fascinating (and empathy-provoking?) video channel to me.
