Art Journaling
Art Journaling
I'm a regular journalizer, in that I jot down notes about interesting or important things that happened to me, think "out loud" in my journal to sort through my emotions and derive additional meaning from my experiences, and generally like to keep a record of things for later reference or for immediate "organizing the chaos in my brain" utility.
I've experimented with doodle-based journaling in the past, but read an interview recently that made me want to try art-related journaling more assiduously, maybe just for a month or so, maybe longer, to see if it might provide benefits beyond (or in addition to) what I current derive from my written journaling habit.
